For a hearty winter soup that thinks it's a stew, try Red Beans and Rice Stoup, which is a meal full of good luck!

Jambalaya Supper Stuffing (pictured above) is a delicious one dish meal. But if you want to go vegetarian, try Tofu Jambalaya instead.
For BIG flavor that's Yum-o! Family Friendly (that means it's on the healthy side), try Creole Meatloaves with Trinity Gravy, which goes exceptionally well with Mashed Sweet Potatoes.
Creamy "Grits" with Creole Shrimp couldn't be easier (it's really polenta not grits, but same thing!) and is delicious when served with Smoked Turkey Braised Greens.
Rach's Ragin' Cajun Chili will knock your socks off as will her Salt, Vinegar and Cayenne Fries.
