This is a sinfully rich and creamy drink, but not heavy as if you were to use cream. Coconut milk is good for you – give it a little kick with Patron's XO Café® and you've got a decadent drink.
This is one of the beverages we served at the 2012 annual Feedback event we throw in Austin during the SXSW music festival. It was featured at our VIP "Greenhouse" and was chosen as a favorite drink.

This drink is absolutely delicious and tastes just like a creamsicle, yet not heavy and without dairy. We served it at the annual Rachael Ray Feedback event down in Austin, Texas in 2012. It was one of the signature drinks at the VIP "Greenhouse" and without a doubt the most popular!

This smoothie is naturally sweetened with strawberries and dates and flavored with vanilla and cinnamon. Soaking the coconut flakes, cashews and dates makes them soft, so they are completely smooth when blended. If you want to have this smoothie for breakfast, go ahead and soak the coconut, cashews and dates in the refrigerator overnight, then in the morning you’ll be all ready to blend.
