I am a fan of any chocolate+peanut butter dessert. But these cupcakes are especially moist and chocolate-y with a rich and creamy peanut butter frosting that would be delicious spread on brownies or a layer cake – or enjoyed with a spoon from a bowl!

These bars are quick and delicious. A few people who tried them thought they had coconut in them – they do not, so it must be the texture of the oats. These of course made a good breakfast as well (good meaning tasty, not necessarily the healthiest breakfast of the year!) and my kids love them as a snack or dessert.

This Oreo cake is the best Oreo you will ever taste – I've made it a few times for birthdays and special occasions and while it’s time consuming, it’s worth the effort. You can make the Oreo filling as well as the cake layers a day or so in advance and store in the fridge (wrapped tightly in plastic wrap) until you are ready to assemble.
