Pasta with Ceci
Rach's delicious and hearty chickpea and pasta is inexpensive and highly nutritious. Chickpeas are low in saturated fat and very low in cholesterol and sodium. They are also a good source of dietary fiber, protein and copper and an excellent source of folate. Heads up: Prepare the chickpeas for this recipe by soaking for 4 hours or overnight.
