Ginger Honey Tea
This ginger-honey tea hits the spot!

Ingredients
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1 lemon, juiced, plus 1 large strip lemon rind, divided
- 6 cups water
- 1/3 cup honey (eyeball it)
- 4 chamomile tea bags or a tea variety of your choice
Serves 4
Preparation
Slice the ginger into coins. Heat the ginger, lemon rind, water and honey to a boil in small pot. Add the lemon juice to the hot water and transfer to a tea pot.
Add tea bags to the pot and steep. Remove the bags and serve tea.
