Gingersnap Martini
This cocktail was given to us by master mixologist and close friend of Rachael's, Nick Mautone, who wrote the book, Raising The Bar.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce VeeV Acai Spirit
- 1/2 ounce D’Saronno Amaretto or other Amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon molasses
- 2 1/4-inch thick slices of fresh ginger
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A pinch of cloves
- A pinch of allspice
- Crystallized ginger, for garnish
Serves 1
Preparation
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place the ginger, molasses, simple syrup and spices, muddle well. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a prepared martini glass. Garnish with ginger.
