Small Strawberries with Lemon
Serve this delightful dessert with Fettuccini with Garden Vegetables and Greens and Bruschetta with Hot Cherry Tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 pints small berries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- A handful of fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded
Serves 4
Preparation
Toss the berries with the lemon and sugar in a serving bowl. Let stand for a few minutes, then stir in the mint and serve.
