Green Melon with Lime and Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon, quartered and seeded
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
Serves 4
Preparation
Dress the melon quarters with the lime zest and juice and mint. Fill each honeydew "boat" with a small scoop of lemon sorbet and serve.
