- 1 package cream cheese (3 ounces), softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar plus additional, for garnish
- 1 package frozen French toast (6 slices, about 12 ounces)
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries plus additional, for garnish
Note: This recipe may be doubled.
In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar.
Heat the French toast, according to the package directions.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the French toast slices.
Spoon the blueberries over the cream cheese on three slices. Cover with the remaining slices.
To serve, place the sandwiches on plates. Cut diagonally. Garnish with additional blueberries and confectioners’ sugar.
