- 1 bag fresh cranberries (12 ounces)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 shots tequila
Boil the cranberries, jalapeño, sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 cup of water. Cook until the cranberries begin to burst. Add in the lime juice and zest and tequila.
Remove from the heat, let cool and transfer to a serving dish.
